Foamation Cheesehead Factory
In my previous role at Foamation Cheesehead Factory, I led the charge to build brand awareness through immersive factory tours, and I experienced first-hand how having a personal connection to a brand drives action. In under two years, I designed, launched, represented and managed this experience that welcomed hundreds of travelers every month. This required a high level of event planning and customer service to cater to organizations, families, local stakeholders and community partners.

This resulted in the creation of an immediate income stream that accounted for 30% of annual revenue in its second year, as well as boosted retail sales and event space booking with the increased in-person attendance.
